Campfire Consulting
Your online service matters. We help you see what’s working, what’s confusing, and what simple changes can create deeper connection with the people you’re trying to reach.
Start Your Review
Begin with a short intake and a 20-minute clarification call.
Your online presence has become your church’s new front door. Most people will watch at least one service — or at least a few minutes of one — before they ever visit in person.
That means your digital spaces function a lot like your church lobby: a first welcome, a first look at your community, a first sense of tone, clarity, and warmth.
But most small churches don’t have a production team or a digital strategist. You’re doing the best you can with what you have — and that matters.
The Online Service Refresh gives you a clear, outside perspective — so you can stop wondering and start making confident, simple improvements.
→ Is it clear what we believe and who we are?
→ Would a first-time guest feel welcomed or lost?
→ Is the online experience consistent with our in-person culture?
→ What’s one or two things we could actually change this month?
The Online Service Refresh is a calm, structured review of your church’s online worship experience — seen through the eyes of a first-time guest.
This is not a production audit. It’s not high-end media consulting. It’s a pastoral, clarity-centered look at what a visitor actually encounters when they find you online — and a simple, honest report on what’s working and what could be clearer.
You’ll walk away with practical next steps your team can actually take — without needing a bigger budget or a technical background.
→ A short intake form (5–7 minutes) to give us context before we begin
→ A 20-minute clarification call to make sure we understand your church’s context and goals
→ A full review of your online service experience from a first-time guest perspective
→ A written Refresh Report with clear, prioritized observations and next steps
→ A follow-up call to walk through the report and answer your questions
The Online Service Refresh is designed for small and mid-sized churches who are doing faithful work with limited teams and resources.
→ You stream or post your services online but aren’t sure if it’s actually connecting
→ You don’t have a dedicated media or digital team
→ You want honest outside perspective without a long consulting engagement
→ You care about spiritual hospitality — not just production quality
→ You want clarity and practical next steps, not a 40-page report
Most churches streaming online are smaller congregations doing their best with limited tools and limited teams. The data reflects what you already know — you're in good company.

About Campfire Consulting
Campfire Consulting is the consulting arm of TentPeg, built specifically for small and mid-sized churches who are doing meaningful work with limited resources.
We believe spiritual hospitality starts long before someone walks through your doors. It starts the moment they find you online. Our work is centered on helping churches communicate clearly, connect genuinely, and create digital spaces that feel like a warm welcome — not a transaction.
We’re not here to make you look bigger than you are. We’re here to help you be more clearly and faithfully who you already are.
How long does the process take?
From intake form to final follow-up call, most churches complete the process in 2–3 weeks. We work at a pace that respects your team’s capacity.
Do we need any technical knowledge to participate?
Not at all. This process is designed for teams without dedicated digital staff. We meet you where you are and keep everything practical and plain-language.
What exactly will the Refresh Report include?
A clear, written summary of what we observed as a first-time guest — what’s working, what’s confusing, and a short prioritized list of next steps your team can actually act on.
Is this a one-time service or an ongoing engagement?
The Online Service Refresh is a contained, one-time engagement. There’s no ongoing commitment. Some churches choose to return after making changes, but that’s entirely up to you.
What if we’re not sure we’re ready?
If you’re streaming or posting services online and wondering whether it’s working — you’re ready. The intake form takes five minutes. That’s the whole first step.
